Spring and Summer Program
Training Schedule
*Three weekly sessions [Ages 9 and over]
Sprints - Athletes born in 1997 and older
Middle Distance, Trail Running and Throws - Athletes born in 2001
and older
Track Season begins Tuesday, March 16th at 6:00 - 7:30. Practices
will be the same as last year: Tues & Thurs 6-7:30 and Sat.
10:30-12. Registration will also begin on March 16th. For those of
you re-registering, please print off the registration, waiver and
volunteer forms from this website to fill out prior to registration
night. To help speed up the registration process, you can either
mail in your completed forms with payment (address on website), or
bring in your completed forms and payment on any registration night.
*Note: on meet weekends, there will be no practise scheduled.
