HIGH SCHOOL TRACK & FIELD
High School Program details here
PROGRAMS START TUESDAY, MARCH 3
Tuesdays / Thursdays, 4:30 - 6:00pm
Saturdays 9:30 - 11:00am
Training days / times for POLE VAULT TBD (starting in April)
NOTE: Training times may occasionally vary based on specific event area coach availability.
JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT TRACK & FIELD

FALL / WINTER TRAINING STARTS SEPTEMBER 2020
HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY + WINTER CONDITIONING
Track and trail training for Fall cross country competition.
Group training sessions at the Rotary Bowl, Westwood Lake and Beban Park will begin in the last week of August.
XC season starts early August and ends in early November and is followed by winter conditioning which prepares athletes for spring indoor / outdoor competition in endurance running events.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT CROSS COUNTRY + WINTER CONDITIONING
Track and trail preparation for Fall cross country competition for ages 9 - 13 .
The XC season ends at the end of October and is followed by winter conditioning which prepares athletes for all of the run, jump, throw events in the spring track and field season.
HIGH SCHOOL SPEED + POWER
Starts mid-September, 3 x per week. Strength and conditioning for sprinters, jumpers, hurdlers and vaulters training for indoor / outdoor competition.

*STRENGTH + CONDITIONING FOR THROWERS
Technique-focused conditioning for high school-aged throwers.
Explosive power training which Includes weight lifting, plyometrics, agility, and mobility.
* this program is limited to 8 registrants

General preparation for individual throw events - javelin, discus, shot put and hammer throw.

MASTERS WINTER STRENGTH + CONDITIONING
Strength and conditioning for 35+ yr old athletes training to compete in Masters indoor and outdoor competition.
