2024/2025 Practice Schedules and Fees

HIGH SCHOOL: U16 - U20 (+ POST SECONDARY)

SPRING INTAKE REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 1, 2015

FEBRUARY 15 - JULY 2025

This program is for athletes who may be active in other fall sports but want to be ready for the spring high school track + field season.  

Practice Schedule: Tuesdays + Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30PM; Saturdays 9:30 - 11:00AM

Club Membership Fee:  $425.00 (February 15 2024 - July 2025)

2025 BC Athletics Competitive Membership Fee: $125.00

CROSS COUNTRY / MID DISTANCE GROUP 

Practice Schedule: Tuesdays + Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30PM; Saturdays 9:30 - 11:00AM

SPEED/POWER GROUP - SPRINTS, HURDLES, JUMPS, THROWS

Practice Schedule: Tuesdays + Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30PM; Saturdays 9:30 - 11:00AM

Please note: some event areas may have alternate practice imes depending on coach availability

Volunteer Commitment for Annual Members: the NTFC Volunteer Policy is currently under review and updated volunteer hour requirements will go into effect in 2025. 

In order to be eligible to attend practices, each family is required to submit a $200 volunteer deposit during the first week of practices. Cheques should be made out to Nanaimo Track + Field Club and dated July 15, 2025.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT: ages 9-13  

DOB: 2012 - 2016

Registration for 2024 members opens January 1, 2025

*2025 WINTER WARM - UP + SPRING TRACK & FIELD

*available to 2024 members only - space limited

Winter Warm-Up: February 6 - March 13 

Practice Schedule: Tuesdays + Thursdays 4:00 - 5:00pm

Club Membership Fee:  $350 (includes Spring Track + Field)

2025 BC Athletics Competitive Membership Fee: $85.00
