JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT
Skill-based program for children aged 9-13 encouraging kids to develop skills in running, jumping and throwing. Events include: high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin, discuss, distance and sprints, hurdles, and relay. Details here.
MIDGET / YOUTH / JUNIOR
Designed for athletes 14-19. Athletes at this level may specialize and benefit from the wide variety of trained coaches at the club. Details here.
MASTERS

TRACK RASCALS
Based on BC Athletics Run, Jump, Throw Program. This is a non-competitive program that builds skills in children ages 6-8. Details here
